Project: H@ncook Cheese Dakgalbi – Online Ordering System
Overview: H@ncook Cheese Dakgalbi is a Korean restaurant known for its signature Dakgalbi (spicy stir-fried chicken), bibimbap, and a range of traditional Korean dishes. This project aimed to design and develop a custom online ordering platform to improve customer convenience, increase direct sales, and reduce dependency on third-party delivery services.
Goals:
Streamline the ordering process for both pickup and delivery
Improve user experience through an intuitive, mobile-friendly interface
Highlight bestsellers, limited-time offers, and exclusive online promotions
Increase customer retention through personalized deals and loyalty incentives
